If you are ready to sell your home or are simply curious as to its current condition, it is a good idea to have it inspected. This will give you the or a loved one the piece of mind that there are no potential problems hidden within the home. It is best to discover any issues early when it may be significantly cheap to fix.in the opportunity to correct any issues found before you put your house on the market. This will help in making closing negotiations as easy as possible.

Radon

Testing

Radon is common throughout Wisconsin, and southeastern Wisconsin is no exception. Radon is known as the silent killer, because it is a odorless, tasteless gas that can cause lung cancer over long term exposure. The EPA recommends levels over 4 pCi/L be corrected by professional radon mitigation. We will test the radon levels in your home to verify it is safe.
